WWAC® Card stands for World Wide Activity CardTM. This we want all to join in on and help this card that will be owned by most WWACC Affiliates to be spread across the USA and many countries through out the world. Honor the WWAC® Card and refer retailers and other business and people across the world to honor it and promote their business through the promotion and purchase of the WWAC® Card and use it. By doing so we can make the WWAC® Card become the largest discount card in the world. WWAC® Card is a registered trademark that stands for “World Wide Activity Card”. When you purchase the card you have the membership rights to login to the secure portion of WWACC.com for one year. The rules for the WWAC® Card  are on the WWAC® Card  signup, just before the shopping cart. The WWAC® Card  number is your login number to login to the secure portion of WWACC.com. You may show your card out side of the Internet to Merchant/ Retailers, Tour Operators, Trades and other WWACC Affiliates that are advertising a WWAC® Card  special, to redeem their offer. The will have your name printed on it.

WWAC® Card will not be sent to customer until the 5th day grace period has passed and the customer has not canceled his membership.

Please “NO” joining, listing, posting or being a sub domain of WWACC if you are or have a site or sites that are Search Engines,  Travel Agents or Agencies, or sites that have Booking Engines of Travel. Travel related sites are welcome… see offical for other total listing and penilties for non complience.

Exceptions: Multi-Level Marketing/ net- working type of sites or sub domain sites that promote products through MLM may WWACC as a WWACC Blog (only) these may list only under the WWACC Blogs but, are not invited or allowed to list on the WWACC main City, general listings or on any optional Banner Ads.

Affiliate Fees will be paid on a monthly basic. If the Affiliate fee does not equal $50 or more, the checks will be sent every 6 months. Affiliate checks must be cashed by or within 60 days from the time they were sent out or they will be void or non-payable to the bank. If Affiliates have a PayPal account they may be paid through their PayPal account.

Every one may join WWACC for $20 and become an affiliate, list their web site under WWACC-Search, list here items, products, properties and services free under three cities of there choice on WWACC-Shop and this will also allow their listings to show up on the main search and under their providence or state. One a WWACC Member they may refer others through their sub domain link and use our linking banners and past them on their existing site to refer others to WWACC for possible Affiliate fee paid from their acquired referral Database.

There are also several (paid) Optional advertising opportunities on WWACC. These are found on your administration page when logged in to WWACC called (MY WWACC).

Featured Ads
- Featured Ads are Larger banners that may be purchased with a targeted market approach, such as the (1) the Home Page (2) General rotation (3) providence/ State pages (4) City pages.

"Our Special Offer to you (city)"
- Here you chose a city that is a natural market to you such as a neighboring city or a city that seems to have people that comes to your city to do business there or recreation, a natural market. Here you offer a "Special offer to people in that city to entice them to visit your business.

You then have a page that has "WWACC Affiliate Featured Commercial Videos". Here you will have the "Featured Category videos" and the "City Featured Category Videos" rotate.

WWAC® Card Best Offers
- This (paid) option allows you to list under all categories from a banner that is just foe "Best Offers" under Sub Headings. You may chose the Best offer that fits your promotion best.

Videos and Commercials
- These are (paid) optional videos that can be uploaded and either on your "city listing" or under "Featured Cartegories". Or you may chose to place a video on the (1) the General Featured Categories or (2) under your City listings. Choose your Featured Category and City that you plan to list on. WWACC Contest Videos (this is a free upload) You make a link to Contest Videos, plus have them on the home page and let them scroll down a long ways. The more on the home page the better.

Every time you purchase a optional paid listing on WWACC you give yourself additional exposure and create an additional income or affiliate fees paid to the person or business who's sub domain you joined through. In addition to that every person or business that joins through your WWACC Affiliate link (your WWACC Database) that has purchased the WWAC® Card or purchased Optional Advertising will benefit your bottom line with affiliate fees paid to you.

Advertising any business (with in the WWACC rules), some thing for sale such as commercial of a local retail business, a product demo, video of a local tour or sightseeing, video of some thing for sale, a video of your service such as landscaping or decorative work, video of your rental property or vacation rental, video of pets or animals for sale, manufactures rep demo video, a walk through video of a house or yacht, any thing that is commercial, promotional, industrial or for sale. No regular non-commercial videos. Put the video link onto your business card or on your web site.

Merchants must join and list for minimum of one year, but must keep their offers current.

Join WWACC For $20. You may list your Items / Products / Properties and so forth free on WWACC.com by listing a price for the general public and then list a 5% or more discount or give a special offer to WWAC® Card Members. You understand as long as you are listed under the WWACC.com web site your listing requires you to honor the posted discount or special offer you have posted there. When you join WWACC you become an Affiliate (any one person or business that has any thing to offer) or a Merchant (local trades/ retailers that have a local retail brick and mortar, place of business that seeks walk-in business or local business or from abroad). WWAC® Card is a Registered Trade Mark and stands for "World Wide Activity CardTM" (Real prices off of existing retail, service listings or web site prices, not jacked to meet the discount). There is no obligation to purchase the card to be an Affiliate or listing Merchant of WWACC . You are required to honor the WWACC plan and post a price for the general public and give a discount or special offer to WWAC® Card Members buy using your web links or sales listings on WWACC or buy direct contact with WWAC® Card Members that show their card to you directly. This allows you to list on WWACC. Research has shown that most people will be more interested if your offer is 10% or more. Everyone is encouraged to purchase the WWAC® Card and receive the benefits available from the card.

By enrolling you are entitled to a web domain and site attached to the WWACC site. You receive the WWACC connection and advertising benefits, indexing on the WWACC search engine, have the opportunity to participate in building the WWACC Affiliate built internet portal. You will be entitled to the use of our software to build your WWACC linked website, a personal storefront attached to WWACC, storefront builder software to build and operate your personal storefront, and banner builder software. WWACC provides web hosting for your sub domain or sublet domain and you continue to receive all the promotional benefits of WWACC affiliation. You are invited to link direct to you existing web site as a sub domain link. Sub domain links to and from WWACC. You understand that when a customer visits WWACC and (clicks) into your link, they will be taken to your web site that will have WWACC's Top header and logo and other WWACC Affiliate banners above and on the left side bar of the screen. All WWACC Affiliates will be trading the rotating co-op banners (patent pending) with each other on every link. These co-op banners will be free and give every affiliate the same chance for spontaneous hits and sales.

Thereafter you may cancel at any time by email WWACC cancellation address. memberservices@wwacc.com You understand that WWACC is a search engine and affiliate link site built by Affiliates now enrolling. WWACC will initially have limited listings and Affiliates. There is no guarantee of number of "hits" or of the effectiveness of advertising on WWACC and it linked affiliate sites. There is no referral or Affiliate fee for referring other WWACC Affiliates, but the more you refer the better chance of having your site or products seen and each new Affiliate will add more value to the WWAC® Card. You will get paid an Affiliate fee from Any sale of the WWAC? Card through your Affiliate link either by referring people to your link or by any one that just clicked onto your sub domain or your Affiliate banner and purchased the WWAC® Card. Also, any Affiliate or Merchant that has directly been referred by you or has joined through your Affiliate links or join through your qualifying down line, may benefit you with extra Affiliate Fees paid from WWACC, from any additional "Optional" paid advertising from your referral line. The WWAC® Card is accessed by a login to WWACC.com allowing any discounts, promotions or offers on line and by showing the card to participating WWACC Affiliates World Wide. WWACC is a search engine and affiliate link site built by Affiliates now enrolling that will offer 5% discount or more or give a special offer to WWAC® Card Members. WWAC® Card Members will get an additional 5% discount when booking WWACC Hotels when logged into the secure portion of WWACC. This login also allows for the additional percentage of discount offered by WWACC Affiliates. You have 5 days to cancel your WWAC® Card Membership purchase. There are no WWAC® Card guarantees expressed or implied by writing or expressed by any person or persons associated with, and affiliate of or linking to or from WWACC. Local retailers, tour operators and local trades are encouraged to list in their own city and honor the WWAC® Card discount. WWACC makes no guarantees and can not monitor WWACC Affiliates world wide to make sure that the card is honored. Honoring the WWAC® Card is an honor system on WWACC and we encourage members to help. When You purchase the WWAC® Card you do so knowing that there is no refund, there are no guarantees as to what, how many or what percentage or proportion of Affiliates discounts you will get or benefit you. WWACC will initially have limited listings and Affiliates. You purchase the WWAC® Card at your own risk and interest. The number you receive for your WWAC® Card will allow you to login to the secure portion of the WWACC site and give you all benefits of purchasing items listed from Affiliates and discounts from participating Affiliate web sites that will honor the WWAC® Card. Any discounts seen on the general public portion of the site is available to WWAC® Card Members. Knowing this you agree that you understand that you may not do any charge backs on your credit card. You have 5 days from the time of purchase to cancel and get a full refund, after five days there will be no refund. If the WWAC® Card has been sent to you and you desire to cancel , you must notify WWACC of cancelation with in the 5 day grace period and then send the card back (postage paid by you) no later than 30 days, in order to get a full refund. No refund will be made until the WWAC® Card issued to you has been returned in unharmed condition. WWACC shares compensation with its Affiliatess through their WWACC sub domain or sublet domain. Affiliates also receive Affiliate fee/commissions from on line Hotel bookings made through links of the Affiliate's sub domain or sublet domain. WWACC shares compensation with its Affiliates through their WWACC sub domain or sublet domain. Affiliates receive Affiliate Fee/ commissions made through links of the Affiliate's sub domain or sublet domain for any WWAC® Cards sold through their Affiliate links via their sub domain or affiliate link or affiliate linking banner that link back to the WWAC® Card sign up page on WWACC. This also applies to Affiliate sub domain and Affiliate banners links back to the WWACC Hotel booking engine. Affiliate fees are paid for hotel sales made directly from WWACC Affiliate links. WWACC reserves the right to terminate affiliation and stop service to any Affiliate who abuses the system, either through seeking affiliate enrollment without regard to content or use of the services or through other improper use of WWACC including improper information gathering. Simply stated, if an Affiliate is just trying to sell the "sizzle" and an affiliate's enrollees are not purchasing a real service such as posting a sub domain or sublet domain for products, services or information, that Affiliate may be terminated without notice. You have 5 days from the time of purchase to cancel and get a full refund, after five days there will be no refund. If the WWAC® Card has been sent to you and you desire to cancel, you must send the card back (postage paid by you) in order to get a full refund.

WWACC reserves the right to exclude from any WWACC Affiliate sub domain or sublet domain that contains material that it deems offensive or in violation of its standards and will not allow enrollment of sites competitive to WWACC. See the full legal terms explained below. You understand that the WWACC Header and Banner Ads will link to and be placed at the top and left of each and every web page generated and transmitted by WWACC. WWACC reserves the right to exclude from any WWACC Affiliate sub domain or sublet domain that contains material that it deems offensive to its standards and will not allow other sites competitive to WWACC. Please no Travel Agencies, and web designers.

When signing up a club or group to WWACC you must have one person who is the representative for that group. Checks must be sent in the name of the Club or the official rep must use his name and SSN to be able to except the Affiliate fee.
