Randy Hill, Owner
Randy has been in the construction industry since his high school days as a laborer for Darrell Coles Concrete. After graduation from Idaho State University, Class of 1981 in Business/Finance, he tried his talents in the real estate profession for a short time. He soon realized that his passion was in the building of homes instead of selling them. He started his own business, R. Hill Construction, in 1985 in Idaho Falls area. R Hill Construction’s projects focused in concrete construction; mainly residential foundations and flatwork. In 1991 Randy began branching out and obtained his General Contracting License with the city of Idaho Falls. He has been building houses and custom homes since 1991.
Today Randy enjoys working with people who want to build their own homes. He understands the importance of incorporating personal touches that make a house a home. Some people know exactly what they want, others need a little guidance. Either way, R. Hill Construction can make your vision of your home come to life.
Randy is licensed, bonded and insured to meet all local and state regulations. He also serves on the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association Board of Directors. A new endeavor beginning in 2008.
